North Korean garbage balloon causes roof

North Korean garbage balloon sets fire to roof of building in Seoul, South Korea again, firefighters rush to extinguish the fire but fortunately no one was injured or killed. A North Korean garbage balloon landed on the roof of a four-story commercial building west of Seoul, South Korea, and burst into flames at around 9:04 p.m. local time on Sunday.
